Q-1 : I am facing issues with Registration Process :

Answer : Check the following:

1. Check your email Spam folder the SgHindi verification email has landed there.


2. Mark any SgHindi email that has landed into Spam folder as "Not a Spam".


3. Once you click verification URL(link) your account will be marked as "Verified" in our database.


4. You'll NOT be automatically logged in, and you'll have to Login AGAIN with your email id and password that you used while Account Registration.


5. If you have RESET your password, you can update/change it in the My Profile section to a password of your choice.

Q-2 : How can I know when a new eBook, Practice Paper, or a worksheet is uploaded?

Answer : You can join us on Facebook for a regular update on when we upload new content/eBooksPapers & Worksheets.
